Fairway Hills Community

The Fairway Hills Drive Community is a single building that rests on the high ground of the nine acre complex. It offers its residents controlled access, decks, and a heated garage accessible by elevator. There are 48 units in the building, very close to the stream, fountain and party house.

Doral Drive Community

The Doral Drive Community is a series of four-plexes nestled through the lower portion of Fairway Hills' nine acres. There are 52 units in all, each one with its own deck and heated garage. The Doral Drive Units are the closest to the swimming pool, playground and tennis courts.
